I was given an opportunity to attend a programme or a training related to International Human Rights System coorganised by the Friedrich-Ebert Stiftung Foundation (FES), the Global Alliance of National Human Rights Institutions (GANHRI) and the Office of the Council of Human Rights (OHCHR).
